FRASER GRAY

Director of Conferences and Events

Fraser is a person who meets and exceeds expectations through a focus on objectives, on the audience and in the belief that success is achieved through team effort.  A meeting / event specialist, and marketing professional for over 40  years, Fraser has successfully managed conferences, marketing, promotions, training, sales, and communication events throughout the Inited States and Canada. He is a 21- year contributing member of Meeting Professionals International and a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)  1989 to 2006.

LAURA ZWEIFEL
Associate Producer
 

 Laura Zweifel has diverse experience in: Event Management, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Calendar Execution, Social Media and Public Relations. She has worked for both production companies and directly as a hotelier giving her 28 years combined Event Management experience. Served as primary liaison for clients and vendors from initial contract negotiations and continuing through final reconciliation She has produced and executed successful business outcomes in the areas of: food and beverage events and themed parties for conventions, annual meetings, corporate affairs, and social events including groups of 3500 attendees. Major clients include: Marriott, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Hyatt, Hilton, Lowes Home Improvement, IBM, National Association of Veterinarians, Society Photo-Optical Instrument Engineering, Cardinal Health, Pfizer, Chick-fil-A. She is from Chicago and lives in Orlando and is involved in volunteer activities for: Give Kids the World, March of Dimes, and Assisted Living Homes.

RICHARD MEDNICK 
Director of Production

 Since 1986 Richard has been creating and directing award-winning projects, commercials, conferences, meetings and events for many prominent multinational corporations throughout Europe and the US including: Kellogg’s, IBM, Lockheed and Redken. He has directed all of the La Quinta Annual Conferences’ General Sessions since they began in 2001 and designed digital media motion graphics in addition to “calling” his productions. Richard and his lovely wife lived in Brussels, Belgium and Los Angeles, California before making Phoenix, Arizona their permanent home.

PAUL CREIGHTON

CSEP, Musical Director

 

Paul Creighton, CSEP has spent the last 37 years working in the entertainment industry.  His career began with 9 years on the road with a successful touring act, and for the last 28 years he has worked for T. Skorman Productions in Orlando, Florida, where he is currently the Executive Vice President, producing entertainment and helping coordinate events for some of the biggest companies in the world. As a musical director and producer, Paul has created full-length stage shows for Universal Studios (Hollywood & Orlando), multiple casino main stage shows, and custom events for corporations around the world, including the production of N.A.S.A’s 20th Anniversary of Man Walking on the Moon Celebration. 

MARK SPINICELLI
Director of Audio Visual

Mark Spinicelli is the Founder and CEO of several companies based in Orlando, FL, including American Audio Visual, Spinicelli Holding Corp., and The Spinicelli Foundation.  His career in the audio visual industry began in the 1970’s as a teenager working with a local vocal group, Life Unlimited.  As technology began to revolutionize the industry, he formed his first AV services firm and in 1989 opened American Audio Visual to provide cutting-edge AV services at affordable prices.  With no formal training or education, Mark is a prime example of the American Dream becoming reality as a result of hard work and persistence. Today, AAV serves clients throughout the U.S. and abroad, and is often called upon to provide AV services in high-security political settings.  Mark serves on the Central Florida Council of Boy Scouts Executive Board and proceeds from his industrial and office park to fund the Spinicelli Foundation which supports projects benefitting children and the elderly.

ERIC A. SCOTT
Technical Director

 

Eric has over 20 years of experience in the theater, corporate events, concerts and trade show production. His areas of expertise include: Lighting, Audio, Rigging, Stage Carpentry and Stage Management.  In 1995, he began a highly successful freelance career specializing in corporate lighting design and operation. Since then, he has added many well-known corporate names like: IBM, Pepsi, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, American Express, Microsoft and La Quinta to his client list.  Eric also currently provides his services as a CAD Designer to Showtech Design Services LLC and as a Technical Designer/Director for Video West, Inc.

Brian Sturgis, National Sales Manager / Account Executive

Brian has more than 20 years of experience in the General Service Contracting industry.  Many of those years were spent honing his skills as an operations manager, material handling manager and general manager, as well as, national sales manager and account executive for national tradeshow contractors.  If it has happened on a tradeshow, he has seen it!  Brian’s across- the- board knowledge of the business is a tremendous asset to our clients.  He has extensive experience in many facilities nationwide as well.
